Wine exploitation

The vineyard, about 20 hectares, spread over seven vintages: Auxey-Duresses, Beaune, Monthélie, Meursault, Pommard, Volnay and Savigny-les-Beaune, Cuvée du Château with its monopoly of four acres, on the Dijon Coast, the Clos du Roy Chapter.
Beautiful caves of the fourteenth and seventeenth centuries extend under the Grand Palace and in the winery where the wines are lodged in barrels and bottles. These first wines are sold directly to the Château de Savigny, and restaurant <<Le Cellier Volnaysien in Volnay. >>

Tasting of wine

Le Petit Chateau was built in 1683 in an original style by the owner at the time, President Bénigne Bouhier.At first this building was served as stables. Since 1987 it has been restored and converted into a tasting pavilion, for the visitor and marketing of wines of the castle.Recently, a dining room was created for the tasting of local products.ON RESERVATION ONLY
